Strength and Conditioning

This is one of Rich’s personal favourites, and something that has distinguished his fighting style as a relentless technician. This seminar can fall in to two main area’s, depending upon facilities:

  • Loose weights
  • Bodyweight conditioning

Rich has been a long serving member of and has several video’s on youtube sampling some of the bodyweight techniques.

This involves using:

  • Olympic lifts (Squats, Dead-lifts, Clean&Press)
  • Kettlebells
  • Tyre work
  • Olympic rings
  • Ab rollers
  • Weighted vests
  • Rope drills

The special blend of these routines is how these are put together in to a structured plan, using these exercises in line with the combat techniques, to build strength&conditioning as efficiently as possible.
