The new craze that is taking off at Chokdee Academy….. SKIP-FIT
MONDAY 18:15 til 19:00

This the the brain-child of Rich Cadden who concieved this idea as one of the techniques he used when making weight for his fights. Its a fun and exciting way of losing weight, stripping fat and having an intense work out in less than 40-minutes. The skipping classes involve short bursts of skipping linked with interval sprints and bodyweight exercises.
